Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily publishing, media clippings and production of media briefs.
  • Familiar with copywriting, able to prepare and write press releases.
  • Collect relevant information and examples of various media advertisements to curate and recommend programs to headquarters.
  • Identify, build affinity relationships with media partners regularly, and be familiar with media resources and methods of cooperation.
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, including publishing on Weibo, etc.

 

Requirements:  

  • CET-6 or above, English can be used as daily mail, telephone and working language.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, able to adapt to frequent business trips.
  • Detailed and organized in work, great written and spoken communication skills, strong in execution, takes initiave in projects, and be a good team player, able to think out of the box for creative solutions.
  • At least 1-year working experience in public relations or media, familiar with the operation process of PR companies or media organizations is preferred.
  • Role will be based in China Mainland (Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu), must be able to work independently and can collaborate effectively with internal teams from different country.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to develop and manage media resources and build a strong network in media relations.
  • Familiar with the operations and rules of engagement in traditional media and new media (social media), understand the media needs to pitch relevant stories, able to conceptualize, engage and implement projects with media partners.
  • Strong background in new industry or comprehensive media education, and be responsible for the editing of press releases related to clients.

  • Develop overall social media strategy, including content plan, fan growth, community engagement, and achieve KPI goals.
  • Leverage destination awareness and ensure rate of follower-growth through a series of online and offline events.
  • Strengthen key relationships with airlines, tour operators etc. to partner around digital programming.
  • Identify, build affinity relationship with and ultimately host key digital influencers.
  • Process social communications requests from internal partners and work with them to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of social content and generate business insights based on consumer insights and continuously improve performance.
  • Support the execution of marketing initiative including partnership projects through digital channels.
  • Think beyond travel industry to find partnership with high-affinity brands in the market that could align with the destination.

 

Requirements:  

  • Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications or Journalism.
  • Excellent written and oral English and Chinese skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in content planning, creation and execution.
  • Relevant experience in digital marketing and public relations.
  • Excellent copy writing and editing skills. Proven experience in writing viral, engaging, emotional articles and consumer online engagement activities.
  • Fundamental web skills, working knowledge of multiple social media platforms to recommend as channels for our clients.
  • Possess the following skills: effective presentation, report writing and ability to work individually.
  • Deep insights into social media landscape, quick and responsive to social trends and hot topics, able to capture the moments into creative ideas under branding guidelines.
  • Proven experience in project management with ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Role will be based in China Mainland (Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu), must be able to work independently and can collaborate effectively with internal teams from different country.

  • Prospect new business and follow up on bid, sales and closing agreement.
  • Active liaison between destination clients and stakeholders including hotels and attractions.
  • Manage relationships with travel agencies, airlines, media and government bureaus.
  • Conduct a variety of destination promotional and marketing activities.
  • Support directors/managers in delivering marketing solutions to clients.
  • Analyze market trends and intelligence to optimize target segments.
  • Plan, manage and execute a series of tourism events and projects.
  • Monitor and issue periodic reports on markets.
  • Design itinerary and conduct familiarization trips to destination.

 

Requirements:  

  • Min Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Tourism or Hospitality Management.
  • Proven track record in hotel or tourism sales and marketing would be an added advantage.
  • Willing to travel for work.
  • Role will be based in Taiwan, must be able to work independently and can collaborate effectively with internal teams from different country.
